4. Jim Lee's old rejection letters
Jim Lee, the current co-publisher of DC Entertainment, is unequivocally one of the best comic book artists and writers of all time. It wasn't always that way, though. Recently, while digging through some old files, Lee unearthed a pile of old rejection letters from when he was a scrappy young artist, and posted them to Instagram. It's a cool lesson — that hard work and perseverance can pay off — but some of these letters are pretty brutal. (via Angry Asian Man)

6. Still the best Rob Ford GIF
Toronto's crack-smoking mayor #blessed the internet with his hilarious, blustery presence this week by, well, admitting that he smoked crack. Here he is losing his temper and thumping on his chest for some reason. Here is a loud autotuned remix of Ford's admission. And here he is dancing like a champ.
