Nigella Lawson; Kim Kardashian; Jennifer Aniston
British celebrity chef Nigella Lawson has walked out of her family home, after photographs were published of her husband, Charles Saatchi, choking her in public. A British tabloid newspaper published the pictures, which seem to show wealthy art collector Saatchi, 70, violently grabbing his wife by the throat in a London restaurant. Others showed him clamping his hand over her mouth, and pinching her nose. Lawson, 53, left the restaurant in tears, and left her house with a suitcase soon after. Saatchi later attempted to downplay the incident, though he was summoned to a police station for a warning. “There was no grip, it was a playful tiff,” he said. “Nigella’s tears were because we both hate arguing, not because she had been hurt.” She had moved out temporarily to avoid photographers, he said.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their baby daughter into the world last week, over a month earlier than expected. The new arrival weighed in at under five pounds at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. But mother and baby were said to be doing well. A source said the newest member of the Kardashian clan “looks just like Kim.’’ No name has yet been announced, but Kardashian reportedly told friends that her daughter’s name “will start with a K.” The birth came less than two weeks after Kim, 32, finalized her divorce from basketball player Kris Humphries.
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have decided to postpone their wedding, says People. The actress, 44, and her screenwriter/actor beau decided to delay the nuptials after renovations on the couple’s $21 million Bel Air dream home took longer than expected. “With all the work on the house, they just thought it was too much to plan a wedding as well,” a source told People. The couple originally planned to tie the knot in March. But sources said the relationship remains healthy. “Jen has a very happy life and doesn’t want that to change,” said a friend. “There are other priorities [besides marriage].”
