Gossip: Hugh Jackman
A female stalker rushed at Hugh Jackman in a Manhattan gym wielding an electric razor.
Hugh Jackman had a close shave this week with a female stalker who rushed at him in a Manhattan gym wielding an electric razor. Katherine Thurston, 47, allegedly attempted to shave off the whiskers the actor has grown to play Wolverine in the new X-Men sequel. “I hated him having those whiskers,” she told police. Police said Thurston had previously approached Jackman’s wife outside their 7-year-old daughter’s school and told her, “I’m going to marry your husband.” She also told police she intended to marry the Les Misérables star. “It is not against the law to have two wives,” she reportedly said. Thurston was charged with menacing, stalking, harassment, and trespassing.
