Lindsay Lohan faces a probation violation hearing in January. If a judge rules against her, she could go back to jail.
Lindsay Lohan may be heading back to jail, said ABCNews.com. The troubled actress, 26, had her probation revoked this week at her arraignment in California on misdemeanor charges dating back to a car accident in June. Lohan’s probation was handed down after a conviction for stealing a necklace in 2011. She now faces a probation violation hearing on Jan. 15. If a judge rules against her, she could face over six months behind bars. Lohan served 14 days in jail in 2010 for a prior probation violation.
