The Galileo turns an iPhone into a roaming eye.
You probably don’t need to be reminded that 2-year-olds just can’t be counted on to sit for a video call. The Galileo, from the design team Motrr, addresses that challenge by turning an iPhone into a roaming eye. When you call home from the road, ask someone to mount the phone in the stand when your conversation begins, and you’ll be able to control the camera by remote, tilting or panning to follow your toddler or to find anybody else in the room. You can even track a moving object automatically. Motrr expects to ship the Galileo later this summer. After that, no more looking at walls.
