Actor Fred Willard was arrested last week for lewd conduct, said EOnline.com. The Best in Show actor, 72, was collared in an adult-movie theater by cops for allegedly masturbating during a film. Prosecutors agreed not to charge Willard—who was subsequently fired by PBS as narrator of the show Market Warriors—if he completes a diversion program for sex counseling.
