Miley Cyrus is engaged, said EOnline.com. Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, 22, popped the question to the pop singer, 19, with a 3.5-carat diamond ring on May 31. Cyrus’s fiancé, whom she has dated for three years, tweeted photos of the ring last week. “I feel like all my dreams are coming true,” wrote an elated Cyrus online.
