Halle Berry is engaged, said UsMagazine​.com. French actor-turned-restaurateur Olivier Martinez confirmed his engagement to the actress last week at the opening of his new South Beach restaurant. While this will be Martinez’s first trip down the aisle, it will be the third for the Oscar winner, who was married to baseball player David Justice and singer Eric Benét and is currently in a prolonged custody battle over 4-year-old daughter Nahla with Canadian model Gabriel Aubry.
