Gossip: Christie Brinkley, Peter Cook
The ex-couple is at loggerheads again.
Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook are battling again, said the New York Daily News. The former supermodel is seeking $140,000 in court for derogatory emails she claims violate a judge’s ruling fining her ex-husband $5,000 for any abusive communications. “Peter keeps trying to control Christie, and he can’t deal with the fact that he can’t,” says a friend. Cook, who has filed a counterclaim over visitation rights for their children, fired back at Brinkley, calling her court motion the act of a “second-rate celebrity starved for attention.”
