Halle Berry had a close encounter with a stalker this week, said EOnline.com. A man who allegedly invaded her property three times was arrested by Los Angeles police after he scaled a wall surrounding the actress’s home. Berry first spotted a man police later identified as Richard Franco peering at her through a window last Saturday, and he returned the next day. Berry’s security team caught Franco on his third intrusion onto the property. Franco, who has prior convictions for car theft, vandalism, and drug use, was taken into custody by police and held on $150,000 bail.
