The ElliptiGo combines the workout benefits of an elliptical with the fun and mobility of a bicycle. Ironman competitor Bryan Pate invented his road-ready “mashup” to train for running events without punishing his feet, knees, and hips with traditional roadwork. The ElliptiGo has eight speeds and “can reach up to 25 mph.”
