Actor Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, were arrested this week on burglary charges after they were found allegedly squatting in a California house they once owned, said the New York Daily News. Authorities say the Quaids initially told sheriff’s deputies that they owned the home, but the home’s current owner was able to prove that he purchased it in 2007. The Quaids allegedly made themselves at home, changing the alarm security codes and scratching their initials into the mailbox.
