A photographer is suing former Seinfeld star Michael Richards, accusing him of a violent assault, said TMZ.com. Brendan O’Neal said that Richards, 61, came at him “in a menacing manner with closed fists” when O’Neal approached him for a photo last August. O’Neal says Richards then “punched him in the face, knocked him to the ground, and then proceeded to kick him numerous times.” Richards has not commented on the lawsuit.
