Jennifer Aniston has been granted a permanent restraining order against a man accused of stalking her, said RadarOnline.com. Authorities in Los Angeles arrested Jayson Peyton, 24, last month near the actress’ home after he confessed that he had driven across the country from his home in Pennsylvania with the intent of asking Aniston to marry him. Police found him carrying duct tape, a “sharp object,” and written messages to Aniston. He remains in custody on involuntary psychiatric hold.
