Arthritis.org, the home page of the Arthritis Foundation, offers a wealth of information on more than 100 types of arthritis. Features include a glossary, health and fitness guides, news about drug treatments, and research updates. The site also lists walks and events across the country.
Letsmovetogether.org, an online community for arthritis sufferers, lets you share personal stories with other sufferers and find events and support groups near you. The site has tips on how to stay active and healthy, and its personal Movement Tracker helps you track daily activities.
Fightarthritispain.org is dedicated to osteoarthritis, the most common form of arthritis. A discussion board keeps sufferers connected, while tips and exercise videos help them deal with the daily stress of the disease.
