Actor Shia LaBeouf was charged with driving under the influence this week after he crashed his pickup truck into another vehicle while driving through West Hollywood at 3 a.m. “It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated,” said police spokesman Scott Wolf. The Indiana Jones co-star sustained a serious injury to his hand when the truck rolled over, and will be out of work for a month. No one else was seriously hurt.
