The Bush administration and the national press sure see the world differently, said David Carr in The New York Times. The Pulitzer Prizes were handed out last week, and for the Bush administration, the biggest winners were also the biggest troublemakers. The Washington Post got an award for revealing secret overseas CIA prisons where torture allegedly occurred. The Times got an award for exposing the administration
