1. Samuel L. Jackson finds out the hard way Twitter likes are public
Samuel L. Jackson is following the path of the horny man. On the Pulp Fiction star's 74th birthday, fans frantically rushed to inform him that everyone could see he "liked" hardcore porn on Twitter. Yes, Jackson pulled a Ted Cruz when numerous explicit videos showed up in the likes on his main account, which has over nine million followers. "We can deada-- see your likes, theyre public big bro," one fan tweeted at the actor, while another said, "Hi mate letting you know your likes are public and everyone can see them." Did Jackson really not know, or was he just letting loose to celebrate his birthday? Either way, he has since unliked all the videos, though his 2017 Wired autocomplete interview where he proudly announced himself as a fan of "hentai" lives forever.
2. Kate Moss' sister thinks 'nepo baby' critics are just jealous
The nepotism baby defender task force is expanding. Yet another celebrity who definitely doesn't owe their career to nepotism has logged on to declare critics of nepo babies are simply jealous. "I'm so sick of people blaming nepotism for why they aren't rich and famous or successful," Lottie Moss, the half-sister of model Kate Moss, said in a series of controversial tweets, urging fans to stop "being negative about other people's success." She also declared, "Obviously it's not fair that people who come from famous families are getting a leg up because of that. But guess what? Life isn't fair." Moss is also a model like her famous sister, and the tweets prompted a wave of criticism … and of people Googling who she even is. "I can see why you'd think that nepotism isn't a massive advantage," one reply said, "given that Kate Moss is your sister and yet you haven't managed to do anything with that." Fatality!

3. Jeff Garlin cast in Mindy Kaling's show after inappropriate behavior allegations
Never has Mindy Kaling ever Googled the name of the actor she just cast. Jeff Garlin has been cast as a "sweet man who fixes a mean sandwich" in Kaling's Netflix series Never Have I Ever, the first role he has booked since he was accused of inappropriate behavior on the set of The Goldbergs, Deadline reports. In 2021, Vanity Fair reported Garlin allegedly made people uncomfortable on the show, including by touching them or making inappropriate comments, and he confirmed that "HR has come to me three years in a row for my behavior." He ended up exiting The Goldbergs, though his character initially remained in the series as a bizarre CGI creation. So it's unclear if Kaling is standing behind Garlin by giving him a new gig or if she has simply been cursed by that CGI monstrosity, à la The Grudge.

4. Lizzo blasts 'chronically online' TikToker over claims about where she lives
Truth hurts, but so does fake news. Lizzo has completely unloaded on a TikToker over a video calling her out for allegedly living in a 4,300 square-foot home in Palm Springs with a helipad. "We need to talk about the epidemic of people believing absolutely anything they see on social media," Lizzo passionately said in response, expressing shock that anybody believed the video's claims or cared even if they were true. "You don't know where I live, and even if I did choose to live in a helicopter a-- pad in Palm Springs, that's my prerogative," she said. Lizzo also blasted the "broke b---h mentality" behind people wondering how she could afford a house that big, declaring the person who made this video needs to "touch grass" because they're "chronically online." Come to think of it, maybe it really is about damn time we all logged off.

5. Leonardo DiCaprio apparently isn't dating 23-year-old Victoria Lamas
Has Leonardo DiCaprio already given up on dating a woman older than 25? The actor was spotted this week at dinner with Victoria Lamas, sparking romance rumors. He "has a new girl," the Daily Mail's headline blared after this "cozy date." Lamas is notably 23 years old, and it's become a meme at this point that DiCaprio seems incapable of dating women older than 25; he and Camila Morrone just happened to break up this year after she turned 25. But sources have now told Page Six that DiCaprio isn't with Lamas. "Both were seated (not next to each other) at a big group dinner," a source told the outlet. "They were also joined by a number of other people in the car." People also reports DiCaprio is still seeing 27-year-old Gigi Hadid. But keeping in mind what 27 is in DiCaprio years, perhaps he's assuming he won't have to break up with her since she'll soon be dead of old age.
