1. Keke Palmer's boyfriend under fire for criticizing her outfit
Baby, this is Keke Palmer's boyfriend's social media controversy. Darius Jackson, the "Nope" star's partner and father of her child, is facing backlash for publicly criticizing her outfit. In response to a clip of Usher serenading Palmer during a concert, Jackson objected to the sheer dress and bodysuit she was wearing, tweeting, "It's the outfit tho … you a mom." The pushback to his tweet came fast and furious, but he then complained that "we live in a generation where a man of the family doesn't want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is." Jackson now appears to have deleted his entire Twitter account. Palmer, meanwhile, seems to have unfollowed him on Instagram, where she posted photos of herself in the outfit he had a problem with. So it may not be long before she proclaims, "I don't know who this man is. Sorry to this man."
2. Britney Spears allegedly assaulted by Victor Wembanyama's security
If you had this series of words on your 2023 pop culture bingo card, we'd recommend playing the lottery. Britney Spears has filed a police report after a member of NBA star Victor Wembanyama's security "backhanded her in the face," TMZ reports. According to the outlet, the singer and her husband were at a restaurant in Las Vegas on Wednesday night when she went over to Wembanyama because she's a fan of his and wanted to take a photo. But after she tapped him, the San Antonio Spurs' director of team security allegedly slapped Spears. "He turned around trying to push Britney off and hit her in the face, knocking off her glasses," a source confirmed to Us Weekly. He reportedly apologized afterward, and Spears' team filed a police report with the Metropolitan Police Department. A source told TMZ the case will likely be referred to the D.A.

3. Billie Eilish joins the "Barbie" soundtrack: "THIS MOVIE IS GONNA CHANGE UR LIVES"
She's going from bad guy to Barbie girl. Billie Eilish has revealed she made an original song called "What Was I Made For?" for the highly anticipated "Barbie" movie. "WE MADE THIS SONG FOR 'BARBIE' AND IT MEANS THE ABSOLUTE WORRRRLLLD TO ME," she shared on Instagram. "THIS MOVIE IS GONNA CHANGE UR LIVES AND HOPEFULLY THE SONG WILL TOO. GET READY TO SOB." On her Instagram story, Eilish also posted photos from when she was a kid that show off her Barbie bonafides, including pictures of her opening a Barbie playset, sleeping in a pink dress, and having a Barbie birthday cake. The "Barbie" soundtrack will also include artists like Charli XCX, Dua Lipa, Haim, Ice Spice, Lizzo, Nicki Minaj, and star Ryan Gosling. As the "Barbie" vs. "Oppenheimer" war heats up, Christopher Nolan is presumably scrambling to find Ariana Grande's contact information as we speak.
4. Ricky Martin is getting divorced
He'll soon be livin' la vida loca as a single man. Ricky Martin and his husband, Jwan Yosef, are getting divorced after six years of marriage. The two shared the news Thursday in a statement that they both posted on Instagram. "For some time, we have considered transforming our relationship, and it is after careful consideration that we have decided to end our marriage with love, respect, and dignity for our children — preserving and honoring what we have experienced as a couple all of these wonderful years," they said. Martin and Yosef, the latter of whom is an artist, tied the knot in 2017, and they share four kids. They both said their "greatest desire now is to continue having a healthy family dynamic and a relationship centered on our genuine friendship as we continue the joint upbringing of our children."

5. Olivia Rodrigo is "so excited to experience motherhood"
Olivia Rodrigo got her driver's license, and now, she's eying a "baby on board" sign. The 20-year-old "Good 4 U" singer chatted with Vogue about her upcoming sophomore album "Guts," and when the author noted she met her husband when she was 20, Rodrigo responded, "I want to meet my husband now!" She's also already thinking about having kids, noting she is "so excited to experience motherhood one of these days," and "I think about it all the time." Rodrigo recently released her new single "Vampire," in which she brutally slams an ex-boyfriend that fans have speculated is Zack Bia. But when asked if she's currently single, Rodrigo made a "so-so gesture" before telling Vogue, "I don't know! I don't kiss and tell" — though the outlet noted that she laughed before saying that second part, possibly as an acknowledgment that it "isn't exactly true." To be fair, she never said anything about kissing and singing.
