1. ED MILIBAND: NO EU POLL WITHOUT CHANGES

Labour leader Ed Miliband has said the party would not hold a referendum on EU membership unless it was asked to transfer more powers to Brussels. Writing in the Financial Times, Miliband says he “strongly believes Britain’s future is in the EU” but wants to reform the Union, without the need for a new treaty.
