A 97-year-old woman from Belfast has become the oldest person to complete 250 Parkrun events, despite having heart surgery four weeks ago. Grace Chambers, a former teacher, became a regular after completing her first 5k in 2016 – carrying on through Covid, and even after breaking her leg. "I've got a new valve," she said. "Why would I not use it?"
