Australian man fined $250 after giving prime minister the finger

An Australian man has been fined $250 (£140) for giving Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull the finger after he “jumped the queue” to buy beer in a local pub. Former senator Sam Dastyari set up a Go Fund Me appeal, which has raised more than $850 (£480) to pay for the fine “and a few beers”.
