Chelsea secured a regulation win at home against Brighton on Wednesday night - a result that takes the Blues above Manchester United into fifth place in the Premier League table.
The London side now have a two-point advantage over the Red Devils and are level on points with Arsenal, although their inferior goal difference means they cede fourth spot to the Gunners.

It was Arsenal old boy Olivier Giroud who opened Chelsea’s account at Stamford Bridge on 38 minutes, with Eden Hazard and Ruben Loftus-Cheek embellishing the scoreline in the second half.
“We played good football,” said Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri. “We did very well and scored three wonderful goals.”
The win was also accomplished without any further protests from the Chelsea faithful about their manager, and Sarri made a point of praising the fans.
“The atmosphere was really good,” he said. “I want to say thank you to our fans. They were with us for 90 minutes.”
