Despite being linked with moves to Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid, Chelsea defensive midfielder N’Golo Kante is refusing to discuss his club future while on duty at the World Cup with France. He said: “I am not concerned with all that. Today, I am at Chelsea, and today I am currently living and playing in the World Cup, that is what comes first. I am not paying attention to what is being said on the club side of things at the moment.” (Daily Express)
Alisson’s Real move not yet confirmed
Roma goalkeeper Alisson is reportedly on the verge of a transfer to Real Madrid, but despite agreeing terms with the European champions, a deal is not yet cut and dry. Roma want €70m (£61.2m) for Alisson but Real only want to spend €50m (£43.7m) - so Premier League clubs Liverpool and Chelsea may still be in contention to sign the Brazilian.
