Mane’s happy at Liverpool
Liverpool striker Sadio Mane has insisted he is happy at Anfield, amid concerns over his failure to sign a new contract with the club. The Senegal international’s current deal expires in 2021 and he has yet to agree an extension despite talks kicking off at the end of last season. He said: “I am more focused on the games, things like contracts I leave with my agent. I am happy and concentrating on giving my best for my teammates, my manager and the fans.” (Liverpool Echo)
Hazard won’t leave in January, says brother
Eden Hazard will stay at Chelsea for the rest of the season and then decide on his future next summer. That’s according to his brother Thorgan, who plays for Borussia Monchengladbach, who said: “I think Eden will see what happens at the end of the season. I know him. He’s not thinking about a move right now.” (Daily Express)

A busy night for the scouts
Juventus host Manchester United in the Champions League on Wednesday night in Turin.
