British PM David Cameron: Obama sometimes calls me 'bro'

President Obama is on such good terms with British Prime Minister David Cameron that he sometimes hails his foreign counterpart by an informal pronoun often associated with college fraternities.
"Yes, he sometimes calls me 'bro,'" Cameron told the Daily Mail, adding that the two share a "special relationship" that is "stronger than it has ever been privately and in public."
Cameron did not say whether he and Obama also refer to each other by even less formal terms such as "brah," "broseph," and "broheim."
