That was awkward. Two days after police turned their backs on New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio at the funeral of slain policeman Rafael Ramos, de Blasio addressed a New York Police Department graduation ceremony. According to The New York Times' police reporter, de Blasio wasn't greeted warmly:
