MSNBC's Morning Joe crew took on the Jonathan Gruber story Tuesday, with titular host Joe Scarborough concluding that "it's almost like the White House thinks people are as stupid as Jonathan Gruber thinks people are."

The White House has come under fire for a recently unearthed video in which Gruber, a consultant on the ObamaCare law suggested the law was not written transparently because Americans are ignorant.
