Mitt Romney: Republicans will pass immigration reform if they take the Senate

Mitt Romney on Sunday said Congress would get a lot more done if Republicans controlled both chambers. Specifically, he said if Republicans retake the Senate on Tuesday, they'll swiftly pass a conservative version of immigration reform concerned primarily with securing the border and dealing with illegal immigrants already in the country.

"That's going to happen," he said on Fox News Sunday. "You're going to see a bill actually reach the desk of the president if we finally have someone besides Harry Reid sitting in the Senate."
