At least two people were killed Thursday morning when a small plane crashed shortly after takeoff into a building at a Kansas airport.
The plane lost engine power after taking off from Wichita's Mid-Continent Airport and crashed while trying to return to the runway, according to a spokesperson for the Federal Aviation Administration. Four people were injured, and at least five people remain unaccounted for.
