Kansas City Royals win Game 6 of World Series, setting up tie-breaking finale
With a 10-0 shutout, Kansas City crushed the San Francisco Giants in the crucial Game 6 of the World Series, evening out the series, 3-3, and forcing a Game 7 tomorrow night, also in Kansas City. This was a must-win game for the Royals, and starting pitcher Yordano Ventura delivered, allowing only three hits in his seven innings on the mound. Ventura dedicated the game to Oscar Taveras, the Cardinals outfielder who died in a car crash over the weekend in his native Dominican Republic.
