A city worker in St. Paul, Minnesota, is suing the city for up to $1,900 after she crashed a Parks Department van into her own parked car. "Because I was working for the city and driving the city vehicle," said Megan Campbell, "I feel they are responsible for the damage done to my car." Officials said it was "a very unusual claim."
