A 57 percent majority of Americans say President Obama is not being "tough" enough in dealing with ISIS, according to a new CBS News/New York Times poll. At the same time, only 31 percent say he is doing just enough, while two percent say he's being too tough.
The survey also found that support for President Obama's handling of terrorism in general has slipped 12 points since March, dropping from 53 percent to 41 percent.
The results come after President Obama last week announced he would authorize airstrikes against ISIS in Syria and arm moderate militants there.
