Rick Perry deletes tweet mocking rival as 'the most drunk Democrat in Texas'
Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) had himself another "oops" moment Sunday night when his personal Twitter account posted, then swiftly deleted, a nasty image dinging a local district attorney as "the most drunk Democrat in Texas."
Here's the picture, captured by The Washington Post:
The woman in the picture is Rosemary Lehmberg, the Travis County district attorney at the center of Perry's recent indictment. After Lehmberg was arrested for drunken driving, Perry threatened to veto funding for her Public Integrity Unit unless she resigned. A grand jury last month determined the threat amounted to abuse of power, and it indicted Perry on two felony charges.

Perry has mostly laughed off the indictment, even using his mugshot as a fundraising gimmick.
