San Francisco airport discovers foot-long millipedes in box marked 'toy car model'

While 20 foot-long millipedes are probably not the weirdest discovery U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents have made, it's not exactly normal, either.
Officials at San Francisco International Airport scanned a package marked "toy car model" on Friday, but an agricultural specialist was "quick to notice the deception," as the box actually housed 20 many-legged arthropods:
While the importing of exotic animals is not illegal, officials say whoever was trying to send the package most likely did not have a required permit, hence the "deception." Somewhere, somebody's just wondering what happened to his or her 20 foot-long millipedes.
