This year's iPhone mania is imminent
Apple sent out invitations for its next launch party Thursday, so mark your calendars now for what is sure to be a much-discussed event.
While the teaser for the Sept. 9 event doesn't offer up much in the way of clues, many are speculating the launch will include details about the next iPhone, or iPhones. Re/code also suspects that the event could include details about the iWatch.
Naturally, Apple isn't revealing anything — the invitation simply includes a cheeky "Wish we could say more." Well, tech geeks, feel free to speculate wildly until Sept. 9 arrives. --Meghan DeMaria
