Watch John Boehner play with, identify with his squawking wind-up monkey
Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio) is kind of like a toy monkey, according to John Boehner.
With Washington more or less done trying to work on anything substantive for the year, Boehner's office on Tuesday posted a video of the House leader playing with a toy wind-up monkey. As Boehner explains in the video, the monkey was a gag gift commemorating his remark that his staff has to wind him up like a toy every few minutes to keep him on top of his busy schedule.
