Move over, 300 Sandwiches.
A 28-year-old man whose surname is Wang proposed to his girlfriend, surnamed Chen, and the engagement made China's Chengdu Evening News. The proposal, sponsored by a hot dog company, included 1,001 hot dogs, some of which spelled out "love."
It's not because the couple loves processed mystery meat, though — the pair met at a hot dog-selling bakery in Thailand. And the 1,001 stands for the number of days the pair have known each other. Chen was moved by the gesture and accepted Wang's proposal.
