An 18-year-old man triggered panicky 911 calls when he carried a shotgun through the streets of Aurora, Colo., saying that he wanted to make residents feel more "comfortable" about guns. Aurora is the town where a crazed gunman killed 12 and wounded 70 in 2012. "If enough people were to lawfully open carry," Steve Lohner said, "people would end up feeling comfortable around it."
