The long-anticipated Sharknado sequel moves the plot from Los Angeles to New York City. Tara Reid returns as the film's star, and Kelly Osbourne, Billy Ray Cyrus, and even Mark "Sugar Ray" McGrath will appear in the film. Come on — with the tagline "Forget the umbrella.
