House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) on Sunday insisted Republicans were not playing politics in threatening to sue President Obama for alleged exectuive overreach, instead saying the lawsuit was really "all about the United States Constitution."
"It's not about our wanting to stop him from doing his job," Goodlatte said on Fox News Sunday. "It's our wanting to do the job that the Constitution prescribes."
"This should be bipartisan, people standing up to protect the balance of power," he added.
