Newt Gingrich: Hillary Clinton is kind of like Kim Kardashian
Hillary Clinton can't dance to save her life, according to Newt Gingrich's metaphor about the former secretary of state.
Speaking on CNN's Crossfire Tuesday, Gingrich said Bill Clinton, "is to politics what Fred Astaire is to dancing. He is just automatically amazing and he wants to have Ginger Rogers out there dancing." But in lieu of a fellow fleet-footed partner, Bill is stuck with Hillary, which is "a little bit like watching Kim Kardashian get kicked off the stage by Prince because she couldn't dance."
Gingrich was referring to a 2011 Prince concert in which he booted Kardashian from the stage when she declined to dance with him. I'm not so sure Gingrich's metaphor is apt though: Clinton showed her moves before, and they weren't that bad.
