The Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy expelled a student who was caught trading his ADD medication for "several bags of chips/Cheez-Its and/or $3.00 payments," reports the Courthouse News Service.
The 15-year-old boy's mother is seeking an injunction stopping the school from expelling her son, saying his entrepreneurial activities were "likely a manifestation of his disability."
