DMV officials in Anderson, South Carolina, have come under fire after forcing a gender-nonconforming teen to remove his makeup before having his driver's license photo taken, insisting he didn't look the way "a boy should." Chase Culpepper, 16, who wears androgynous clothing and makeup daily, says that staff told him it was against DMV rules to wear a "disguise."
