Former Jersey Shore star 'The Situation' arrested for fighting at a tanning salon

In case you needed another reason to avoid tanning beds: Police arrested Michael "The Situation" Sorrentino, formerly of MTV's Jersey Shore reality show, for assault at a Sorrentino-owned tanning club on Tuesday, reports the Asbury Park Press.
The Situation apparently got into a fight with his brother, Frank, after the two traded barbed messages on Twitter earlier that day. The whole Sorrentino clan is set to appear on a reality show about Michael's "plight to deal with his fame," starting July 15 on TVGN, so perhaps this is just a preview?
