Same-sex marriage is having the best week ever

It's been a pretty good three-day stretch for supporters of same-sex marriage. On Monday, a federal judge in Oregon struck down the state's ban on gay marriage. One day later, a judge in Pennsylvania nixed the Keystone State's ban, too, a ruling that means the entire Northeast now allows same-sex couples to wed.
Also this week, a court ordered Utah to recognize the 1,000-plus same-sex weddings performed there before an emergency stay put on hold — for now — a ruling tossing out its marriage laws. And finally, a new Gallup survey released Wednesday found that support for same-sex marriage has risen to a new record high of 55 percent.
Not a bad stretch for marriage equality advocates— and we're only halfway through the week.
