For those who have everything: See like a Beatle

Lennon-inspired eyeglasses that correct for either nearsightedness or farsightedness — and more in our collection of bizarrely elite consumer products

See like a Beatle

"Imagine all the people seeing 20/20," says Oprah.com. With its instant-prescription John Lennon eyeglasses (from $105), Adlens is hoping to do more than imagine. Dials on the frames adjust liquid inside the lenses to achieve prescription-accurate vision correction for either nearsightedness or farsightedness. And for every pair purchased, Adlens is also sending a second pair to Rwanda, where an estimated 1 million citizens need glasses. The Lennon frames are Yoko Ono–approved, but two other styles are available. And don't worry: The bulky dials are removable once the lenses have been set.
