A kindergartner in Oklahoma was just settling into his new school when he was told to turn his favorite T-shirt inside-out because it violated Wilson Elementary's dress code. But Cooper Barton's clothes didn't bear any profanity or lewd images — his University of Michigan football tee was simply supporting the wrong team. Indeed, the public school's dress code only allows apparel that boosts Oklahoma squads. Cooper's punishment left some adults baffled. "They should really worry about academics," Cooper's mother told the local news. "[The shirt] wasn't offensive. He's five."
