The White House just released a video of President Obama calling for two free years of community college "for anyone who's willing to work for it."
He'll make the formal proposal Friday in Tennessee, as part of a series of speeches previewing the themes of his State of the Union address. Obama also called on Congress to back him in this plan.
"It's something that will train our workforce so that we can compete with anybody in the world," he said.
