The NCAA announced a proposed agreement Friday that would restore the 112 wins taken from the Penn State football team and head coach Joe Paterno during the Jerry Sandusky child molestation scandal.

The proposal suggests Penn State pay a $60 million fine toward addressing child abuse within Pennsylvania. The NCAA already restored Penn State's football postseason eligibility and football scholarships last September.
